1st-month, last month, and a deposit.  The deposit matches the monthly storage rate for your vehicle.   Why a deposit?  If the vehicle is abandoned, we have to remove it.

Sort of...  Aside from being tucked away and HIGHLY visible from heavily trafficked I-90, there are no fences nor other security measures.  HOWEVER, our sister business (First Call Rental) is located onsite and is staffed M-F 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, so there is consistent presence and traffic. 

It is very accessible, however during heavy storms, areas become inaccessible.  Mud and snow are managed by Mother Nature, not by Super DOT. 

Unfortunately, not.  We strive to be the area most affordable vehicle storage lot.  In doing so, we operate on razor thin margins. 

No.  Each item will require a separate deposit and will be charged a separate monthly rental fee.
